Access and Control Another PC by Remote Desktop Connection

Learn and see how to connect with another PC or Friend PC where ever he is, just using Remote Desktop Connection.

This is the tutorial about how to connect or get access of a Computer using Remote Desktop Connection. This program is basically used for helping friends, colleagues, family and others by getting the permission from another PC. Remember that this is not an hacking trick. It is simple and easy way provided by Microsoft in every version of Windows. You can use this method to enter and get full access of your friend PC. You'll be able to use your keyboard and mouse to control his/her system/PC from your home, office or anywhere. In this process, the thing which you need is only internet access. Most of our friends, colleagues & etc regularly faced few troubles in their home PC and they are not well educated to sort every problem. So this is the facility by Microsoft to help your buddies without installing any software or any addition/external program.

In this procedure to complete a remote connection, you need to setup few steps as I mentioned below. Then you can easily help and access your buddies desktop.

I personally using this program, and once in every month my friend face a problem then he'll invite me to use his system then I just get the access control of his Notebook.

Now just follow the below instructions with Image/Screenshots, remember all the images are distributed into two labels (Computer 1 and Computer 2), so don't miss any step and read it carefully.

Step No.1

Click on "Start" button as shown in image.

Step No.2

Right click on "Computer" and then Left click on "Properties".

Step No.3

At the left top side, click on "Remote settings".

Step No.4

Under the remote Tab, ensure that "Allow Remote Assistance connections
 to this computer" is checked and then select "Allow connections from computers
running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure).

Step No.5

Click Apply and OK to proceed step 6.

Step No.6

Open your internet web browser and go to "www.whatismyip.com".

Step No.7

Note down your IP Address i.e(xxx.xxx.xx.xxx).
But remember one that the your are not using any VPN or Proxy software
if your using then just turn off that software.

Step No.8

Now just remember your PC Login Username and Password. If don't using
password then first create a password for your Login Username and then
proceed further. This is the Last step of Computer-1 who needs help.
Just Give your IP Address, Username & Password to the buddy to help you.

Step No.9

Now this is Computer-2, who's helping Computer-1.
Just click on "Start" type "Remote Desktop" in Search Bar then you will
find "Remote Desktop Connection" at top (as shown in image), click on it.

Step No.10

Now just type the IP Address of Computer-1, which was provided to you by
your friend who's using Computer-1 then Click on "Connect": and wait
for couple of seconds to build up connection.

Step No.11

It is time to insert Username & Password, which was provided by your friend
who's using Computer-1 and then Click on "OK" to continue and wait for
few seconds.

Step No.12

It will ask you to continue, then click on "Yes" as shown in Image.

Step No.13

Now you can see, here I'm successfully connected with another system
and I have full rights to do whatever I want. The Screen is Computer-1
operating by Computer-2.

Note: After Computer-2 will be connected to Computer-1 then User who's infront of his/her PC (Computer-1) will automatically be logged out because Computer-2 will be logged in.

Add Watermark Text & Image to Your Videos

Label your all videos and protect them by using Watermark text or Image logo. It's not a big deal to user a perfect watermark for your videos which you regularly upload on Video hosting sites like, Youtube, DailyMotion and many others.

Due to the large amount of copyright issue many of the peoples are worried that other users can easily theft their videos from internet. So they are looking for the way to protect their videos as well as having own rights to their creative works. Creating Watermark for Videos either in text way or Image method is very simple. Once you label your video with a Watermark then upload it on internet via Video Hosting Sites then people cannot copy or theft your video and cannot declare that the video is his creativity. Because once any video will be encoded with watermark text or image then no one can remove your encoded watermark from your videos even after downloading that video using different video downloading client. It is most strongest method for protection of any video. Every large companies protected their videos using the same way by putting watermark logo to their videos. So don't miss any chance to encode your video with watermark text or image. Just follow the below steps, each step having screenshot for easy guidance:

You have only need software which is known as "Xilisoft Video Converter", which is most professional Video converter ever in the internet. You can convert Videos easily into any format. Large amount of defined format are available and you can customize your own format with pixels.

So be patient and follow the Photo instructions mentioned below:

Open "Xilisoft Video Converter" by double click on it.

Click on "Add file(s)" icon as shown in image.

Now just browse to your video and right click to select your Video.

Click on "Open (push button)" in "Select one or more files"

Click on Star icon, which is titled as "Effects" shown in image.

Click on "Watermark" in "Effect Window" 

Click on "T" sign which is title as "Add Text Watermark".

Type your Text for Watermark and Drag/Reposition the Text as per your
choice by holding Left Mouse Click.

Now change the "Transparency" & can also change Text style/size/font. 

If you want Picture or Image watermark then just Create your image using
Photoshop or any similar software with Transparent Background then just
save your image as (.gif) or (.png) format.
Note: JPEG(.jpg) format will replace transparent background into white
so avoid using (.jpg) format image.

After creating your own Watermark Image just return to "Xilisoft" and
Click on image sign which is "Add Picture Watermark".

Browse to your image directory where you saved your Image for Watermark,
which must be (.gif) or (.png), click on it to select.

Click "Open" button as shown in image. 

Reposition or Drag your Picture Watermark where ever in the Video by
Holding Left Mouse Button. 

Change the "Transparency" and can also change the Picture Size. 

Then finally click on "Apply" button and "Close" Button.

Now you can change the "Profile" which is basically the format for output.

Click on "Convert" Icon to convert your Video and wait until it completes.

After finishing Video converting just go to the destination directory for
converted videos and then double click on that converted Video to Play.

As you can see, here's mine converted Text & Image Watermark Video.

Creating your own Photo or Image Tutorial to help someone or your friends. If you're looking to know how to create your own photo tutorial then you are at right place.

Creating Photo Tutorial is very easy. It's basically for those who wants to let help their buddies and to sort out their PC issues. You don't need to download and install any software from internet because Microsoft have already gave a facility in Windows 7, resulting which Windows 7 operators can easily record the steps of problems/issues. So don't wait now just follow the below instructions and get advantage of your Windows 7 operating system. I have decided this tutorial because lots of people around the internet don't know about this facility:

Follow the Instructions as given below with Picture View:

Click on "Start" Menu and type 'record steps', then just click on "Record
steps to reproduce a problem" as shown in pic. 

After clicking that, a software namely "Problem Steps Recorder" will be
open then just click on "Start Record" to starting recording screenshots.

Note: You can record your own steps or make Tutorial. For the teaching
purpose I just performed how to change homepage of Internet Explorer.
It is only an example. Opened IE then just clicked on "Internet Options".

Typed "www.google.com" inside URL box and click on Apply then OK. 

Then I simply clicked on Homepage icon.

 After clicking on Homepage icon, the Google Homepage opened successfully.

Now just simply "Stop Record" to finish your steps as performed above.
Note: Picture 3 to Picture 6 are performed for making Tutorial.

Now it's time to save record, just title any name and click on "Save" button
to save the recorded steps. 

Remember that your save file will be saved as .zip file, just double click on it.

It will be opened using WinRar then just double click on the file located
inside the .zip file with the extension (.mht).

It will be opened in Internet Explorer and you can see the Screenshots with
the caption above every picture which is guiding to perform that step. 

Here can also see the Recorded file steps opened in Internet Explorer.

So that is the Tutorial which is very easy to make own Tutorial using Zero Skill.
